1. Nature of the Service

StocktoWealth is a **simulated trading platform** for educational purposes only. All currency used (Naira) is virtual and has no real-world value. No real stock transactions are executed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) via this platform.

2. No Investment Advice

Content provided in the Academy or simulated market movements do not constitute financial or investment advice. Users should consult a certified financial advisor before making real-world investments.

3. Pro Membership & Subscriptions

Pro Membership grants 30-day access to restricted features. Subscriptions are final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate the simulation results through exploits, multiple account creation for leaderboard manipulation, or attempting to breach platform security. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

StocktoWealth is provided "as is". We are not liable for any real-world financial losses incurred by users who apply strategies practiced on this platform to real market accounts.
