Evaluating liquidity and volume trends in recent NGX listings like ARADEL relative to historical sector P/E ratios

Stock Market

I'm currently running some comparative valuation models on the simulated platform and looking closely at how newer heavyweights like ARADEL are trading relative to their historical sector averages. Given the current liquidity dynamics and foreign portfolio inflow constraints on the exchange, what metrics are others weighting most heavily when assessing whether current price-to-earnings ratios have room for multiple expansion? I'm curious if top-down macro liquidity indicators are currently outweighing fundamental bottom-up sector performance in your simulation portfolios.

Omo, you're looking at a very technical angle with ARADEL, but in this market right now, liquidity is dictating everything over pure fundamentals. Even if a stock's P/E looks decent compared to historical sector averages, without steady volume and broader market support, expecting quick multiple expansion can easily trap you in a sideways move. On my sim portfolio, I’m leaning way more on order book depth and turnover ratio right now because top-down liquidity constraints are currently overriding bottom-up valuations on the floor.
