Dear Esteemed Investor,
We are pleased to inform you that Guinea Insurance Plc (“Guinea Insurance” or “the Company”) has commenced its Rights Issue of 5,295,200,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N1.10 per share, based on two (2) new ordinary shares for every three (3) ordinary shares held as at the close of business on January 21, 2026. The offer opened on March 25, 2026, and is scheduled to close on May 1, 2026.
