Peace of mind is very, very important. It is your mind that sends signal to your body. Thay is how you know what level of risk apetite you have. Someone will have a net value of 10 million, loose everything and still remian sane to go about normal business. With another person, he/she may develop heart attack and never bounce back again. Which of the someone are you?

One can spread one's net. You don't have to be too conservative but don't be too risk taking. It also comes down to risk appetite and goal
